The Emerging Leader Program: Leaders for Others

- Move onto campus early and attend the ELP Welcome on Tuesday, August 20th* and participate in the ELP撤退 from August 21 - August 22*

By participating in the Emerging Leader Program (ELP), students will:
- Attend the ELP撤退

Career readiness competencies developed through this program:
- 领导
Leverage the strengths of others to achieve common goals, and use interpersonal skills to coach and develop others. The individual is able to assess and manage his/her emotions and those of others; use empathetic skills to guide and motivate; and organize, 优先考虑, 委派工作.
- Teamwork/Collaboration

凯文·M. Eidt Memorial Scholarship
